Booking procedure for course attendance

To provide sufficient lead time for course logistics, LR Senergy requests that course registrations are received as far in advance as possible. The easiest way to book is via the LR Senergy website: http://www.lr-senergy.com/training.


Alternatively, please email technical.training@lr-senergy.com providing the following information: name, job title, company, address, telephone, email, any special requirements and the course title/ date/ location you would like to book.


Booking confirmation and payment

Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email. Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received. For Bookings made less than 21 days prior to the start of the course we request immediate payment via credit card or via BACS. For BACS payments please provide details of you/ your company and the course name and date.

All LR Senergy training courses held in the UK are subject to UK VAT at the current rate. Course fees include tuition on the day(s), all relevant course materials, lunch and refreshments. Please note if applicable, the Withholding Tax information on our website.


Special requirements

LR Senergy will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance on the booking form.


Joining instructions

Joining instructions including venue details, map and local hotels details will be issued approximately 2 – 4 weeks prior to the course. If you have not received your joining instructions three days prior to the training course, please call 01330 825188. LR Senergy will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.


Course transfers

We understand that there may be circumstances that require you to transfer your booking to an alternative date. There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify LR Senergy in writing up to 21 days before the course start date and that there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee (plus VAT) will be payable if the notice is received less than 21 days before the start of the original course. No more than one transfer will be allowed. Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing and can be sent by email to technical.training@lr-senergy.com.


Cancelling your place

If you notify LR Senergy in writing (via letter, email or fax) up to 28 days before the start date of a course, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20% (plus VAT). If you withdraw for whatever reason within the 28 day period, the full fee will remain payable unless you nominate a substitute attendee.



To aid course administration we request that Substitutions should be received by the LR Senergy at least 72 hours prior to the course start date.



If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to LR Senergy then the course fee will remain payable.


Cancellation by LR Senergy

Where circumstances dictate, LR Senergy reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, participants will be notified immediately and a refund of the course fee will be made. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
Please keep our cancellation policy in mind when making airline reservations, hotel bookings etc. as we cannot be responsible for fees charged for cancelling or changing your travel reservations.



Details of the specific venue will be sent in the joining instructions for all training courses.


Dress code

There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing. Due to variable temperatures of air conditioned rooms, layers are advised.



LR Senergy makes every effort to ensure that the interpretations and conclusions provided during training courses are accurate and reliable in accordance with good industry practice and internal quality management procedures. LR Senergy does not however guarantee the correctness of any such interpretations and LR Senergy does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of LR Senergy.
